It actually cuts down on loading times for my low-end laptop significantly. Especially in a fort where there is a multitude of bad guys. While you are fighting one on one his buddies are shooting arrows at your arse. Not much fun. I like to slay them fast and move on. ASIS http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18436 is also good if you like to fight multitude of bad guys in forts or dungeons. But over-spawning just makes the fighting repetitive, as if you are fighting the same enemies over and over again.Now i'm not knocking these mods, just stating they are not my cup of tea. But for others they could be valuable and worth checking out! Now ACE http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10037 ...ACE is awesome!!! Who wouldn't want more immersive perk tree options?!?! Very helpful to be able to see roads when planning routes, if you're not in the mood to just charge through the wilderness.
