{MOD REQUEST} Removal of bullet splash sound on zombies

I would like to request to anyone with the technical skill to please remove the VERY silly splash sound when bullets hit zombies and also the weird flashing visual effect accompanying it (the visual flashing is especially noticeable in dark areas) it's a very poor substitute of a muzzle flash effect except it doesn't work, it's a very annoying distraction.

Again this was not implemented in RE2 and was far more realistic because it allowed you to witness the visual impact of the bullets on your target and did not constantly break immersion by this combination of very silly effects. Both the audio splash sound and the visual flash should be removed so we can actually experience a satisfying result to blasting a target.
