The warning was given for the following reason: Non-constructive criticism. Constructive criticism always identifies a specific problem (in this case, what part of the description is not satisfactory) and also includes suggestions for improvement (make it shorter, clarify this or that part). The description of this mod sucks,please improve it. The above comment does not qualify as constructive criticism.
