Do skills + enchantments bonuses stack?

So here's the deal. I have my dragonscale helmet enchanted with 40% extra bow damage, my dragonscale gauntlets enchanted with 40% extra bow damage and 4/5 points into overdraw (+80% bow damage). I am using the bound bow with 3 points into the Improved Mystic Binding mod (90% bow damage increase). what I want to know is do I do 250% more bow damage with my bound bow? or does math not work like that in Skyrim?

fortify archery enchantments work through the marksmanmod actor value.

 

perks can work a number of ways, but in the case of overdraw it is a priority 0 multiply value operation.

 

mystic binding changes your weapon, its not a multiplier or anything, its an entirely new item.

 

mystic bound bow has 24 base damage.

it shoots bound arrows with 24 base damage.

 

lets assume 80% fortify archery aka marksmanmod

and 4/5 overdraw

and 100 archery which is 1.5x damage.

 

(24+24)*1.5*1.8*1.8 = 233.28 damage

 

a normal bound bow has 18 base damage but still uses bound arrows.

so 18+24 = 42, compared to 48 for mystic bound bow.

a 14% increase.
