Freezing, CTD, Shutting Down PC

I hate to post to forums, but I haven't found a solution on my own. Skyrim is freezing, Crashing to Desktop, and restarting my PC. I installed skyrim and logged about 5 hrs in vanilla. I then decided to check out some mods, by downloading NMM. I downloaded and activated 3-5 mods with NMM. I continued to play Skyrim, but none of the mods seemed to be working. Although the game ran fine, I found out that i needed SKSE for the mods to work. So, I downloaded SKSE, installed per the recomended youtube instructions, and launched Skyrim with SKSE launcher and mods enabled.

When launching Skyrim for the first time with SKSE I immideatly knew that the mods were working, but game would freeze shortly after loading. Usually would freeze after accessing menu, or interacting with NPC, or sometimes in the middle of nowhere!! I tried restarting several times, but kept having trouble. The only thing that changed was sometimes game would freeze, somtimes game would crash, and a couple of times it would shutdown my pc.

After trying a few things I had read about, I re-installed skyrim, and SKSE, and NMM. I changed install directories for Steam folder and Skyrim, hoping it would help. After installing SKSE and a couple of mods I started game from SKSE launcher and started a new charicter at the beginning and still had problems with freezing and restarting. I then turned off mods and "SKSE Scripts" that I manually loaded with NMM. And, Launched the game through Steam. Still Freezing, or Crashing.

Sorry for the long explination, but I appriciate all of the help I can get.

Adding to Drax, if you are using BOSS, please post your BOSS log. If not, that may be your problem.

Also, if you reduce your graphics options to the lowest possible, do you still freeze, if not the problem may be solved by reducing your settings. Just start pushing them back up until the freeze returns, and then set them just below that.

Thank you to all! You guys were on the money. It was a hardware issue. I overlooked it thinking it was a mod or SKSE. I uninstalled Catylist Control Centre, and reinstalled. Skyrim with mods is running fine now. Although the texture pack has brought my FPS down from a steady 60 to 40, it hasn't crashed at all. Going to try over clocking GPU some.
