Mods not working

There is a similar post started by someone else but the replies stopped with no help and I'm worried my problem may not be seen.

 

I am playing Fallout 4 and trying to use 2 mods - Lowered Weapons 1.1 and xVivid Fallout - All in One - 2k. Both do not work

I've tried disabling them to see if there is a difference and there is none.

Both mods are enabled and one plugin is enabled too. Mod deployment is Hardlink

 

There is one thing that might be creating the problem but haven't tried to see if it is:

 

Before installing Vortex I watched a youtube video on setting up the old manager NMM and it showed you had to add lines to Fallout4Prefs.ini and Fallout4Custom.ini. I have added these lines. Do these lines still have to exist for Vortex?

Hard to say, you should try it and see if it works

It's sorted now. I deleted the line from Fallout4Prefs but don't know if it helped but when starting up Vortex it informed me that the f4se files were not installed. I installed them and everything seems fine
