how safe is the current skyrim editor ?

The game version 1.9.0.32 or something but editor still is 1.8 making mods under the current editor is breaking your mod due to version mismatch ??

 

And is bethesda going to update this in the future ??

You don't really encounter problems running older version plugins on a newer version engine. The REAL problem arises when a new editor comes out before a new version of the engine (which doesn't happen very often). Or if you use an old version of the game with a newer version plugin. It won't crash, I don't think, but it probably won't load the plugin, and that would most likely make the game not start up to begin with.
