Is there a cheaper alternative to get Oldrim DLC instead of paying full price on steam?

Hi, so I am fairly new to the modding community, and just got my NV running yesterday with all the mods I wanted to use. One step in doing this was purchasing all the DLC from steam because some of the mods (YUP and Unofficial Patch Plus in specific) required the ESM files from the DLC in order to work. While I was ok with buying these DLC as they were only 20 USD for all of them, I began to think ahead to the Skyrim (oldrim in my case) DLC that may be required to download and run some mods. As you all know the DLC is all still full-price on steam, and I really would prefer to not spend 45 USD on DLC for a game that came out in 2011 (not to mention that I already bought it all on 360 back in the day! and that I bought the special edition on my xbox one!). I was wondering if there are any cheaper alternatives that still allow me to run the game through steam, and mod the game through nexsus/vortex without any issues. I'm gonna assume that there is no easy fix to this buy I can always hope, thanks in advance nexsus community!

You could try your luck with finding a physical copy or Steam cd key of Skyrim Legendary Edition for sale online. Yes, you'd buy the base game again but it would come with all the DLC bundled. Basically the same thing as 64 bit Special Edition but with the 32 bit files instead.

While there probably aren't any physical copies of the individual 32 bit DLC, you may find product keys for sale as well.
