Hi, i pay today for premium account but my speed download is capped under 2mb/s. This is my test:

We did some troubleshooting on Discord and these were the observations;

• Using a VPN made the speed even worse.
• Using a mobile data connection resulted in similar speeds.

 

I'm afraid it seems like it could be an issue based on the connection from your location. There are many possible causes for this including ISP issues, routing problems or national restrictions it is hard to tell what exactly is going wrong. You may want to consider reporting the problem to your ISP to see if they can provide any insight (based on the traceroute beginning to slow down on Italian IP addresses).
