Question on weapon enchantments

Ok, so I've been searching through guides and really can't find an answer to this. I'm playing an archer and am in the lvl 60 range. I've got smithing, enchant and alchemy maxed and using the exploit feature to max enchanting and smithing with potions. I'm about to enchant my weapon and have a few questions about it first.

1) I was going to put absorb health and frost damage on my bow, but when I max out the strength I only get 50ish charges on it. But I really don't want to have a weapon that is running out of charges all the time. How vital is it that I max out frost damage?

2) If I was to make the frost damage as weak as possible to maximize the # of charges, would it have any impact on the secondary effects of frost (namely the slowing of enemies)? Or would enemies be slowed just as much?

3) Is 25 damage to stamina really going to make a difference in the end game? What about if I was to use shock for the magica damage? Would 25 magica damage really do anything to end game mages? In other words, is shock worth even considering for an end game bow?

4) Any other advice anyone has for what 2 enchantments I should put on my bow, and how strong I should make them? Keep in mind I don't want recharging my bow to be a pain. If I have to I'll put soul trap as one of the enchantments to avoid this, but I feel like I'm wasting an enchantment spot if I have to do that.

Thanks for anyone with knowledge on this!! :)

frost always has the same slow, it's only the damage that goes up and down. for damage i think bows are plenty strong on their own. not sure about stamina damage, but magicka is rubbish because mages have a ton of mp and regeneration. i think you can mod it off pretty easily by just changing one perk -not 100% on that.
