LE Two handed and magic (not what you think)

Just curious, since two handers can't use magic while using a two handed weapon (like say enchanting the two handed weapon with some spell), is it possible to put a normal spell on the shout key, as if it was a shout so you can still cast it while wielding a two handed?

there should be a hotkey casting module in there, in the optional files section.

yeah theres a blade in Dragonborn (I think bloodskall blade? or something like that). Its a two handed greatsword and when you power attack with it, it shoots out a red flaming projectile and I think that was the sickest melee weapon I have ever used.
