LE High jump shout?

there should be a shout that propels you in the opposite direction of the shout. Like if I aim it downwards then it acts as a high jump. Or I can quickly dodge an attack by shouting forwards and moving backwards.

 

so yeah how about it fellas.

 

I feel like all the mechanics can be modified from the Whirlwind sprint shout.

 

of course you'd also have to work out the problem of fall damage when you propel yourself upwards.
