Tehandyman
[May contain minor spoilers from Skyrim Blades questline] So basically I was doing the quest "Diplomatic Immunity" I had just talked to Malborn and was about to go to the embassy when suddenly Delphine started attacking me! I was very confused but i fixed it with console so thankfully not a gamebreaker. Later on I was in Riverwood when suddenly Faendal, Alvor and Gerdur started attacking me also! The guards, strangely, were on my side and started defending me but I managed to fix Alvor, Gerdur, and Faendal, via console before the guards killed them. Then I went into the Sleeping Giant Inn and Delphine became hostile AGAIN. And this time she brought Orgnar as backup! I had to use console AGAIN to continue with the questline. Later that day I came back around to Riverwood and LOE AND BEHOLD Alvor, Gerdur, and Faendal or the Riverwood A-Team as I have now taken to calling them have become hostile to me YET f***ing AGAIN and this time I just let the guards kill them all. And I am so confused as to what is going on. Why are these NPC's attacking me?!??!!? I am not a vampire. I am a law abiding citizen with no bounties except for that one killing spree in Dawnstar in my younger days. I am the Dragonborn! I am the Harbinger! I am a Legate of the Imperial Legion!1!1!!11! Show some respect!!!!!!! #mildlyentertainingpostaboutaveryannoyingbug Edited April 30, 2013 by Tehandyman
StayFrosty05
You have left it too late unless you still happen to have the save prior to when Delphine first aggro'ed on you.....If you still do have that save, load it....fast travel to another location, wait for 24 hours, then fast travel back to where you want to be....this action re-sets the NPC's and more often than not fixes the problem...it is a fairly well known problem with Skyrim doing that once in a while....I have had it happen twice to me and have seen numerous other people it's happened to also. Tehandyman
nope, sadly I don't. But the problem seems to have resolved itself because I've gone a few days (in game) without anyone attacking me. So I guess either it fixed itself or someone finally decided to take the "Kill Me" sign off of my back.
gsmanners
LOL Skyrim is like an old jukebox. Just kick it a few times and it'll work.
