Reinstalled Skyrim and integrating my existing mods

I have recently reinstalled everything on my computer when I updated to windows 7. Now I'm about to reinstall Skyrim. I still have all of my old mods left in my "mods" folder, downloaded via NMM.

Now wonder, is it possible to download NMM and in some way automatically make it integrate my existing mods or do I have to add each of them back into NMM manually?

The archives will stay within the Mods directory of NMM after a fresh install of NMM....but you will have to add them back into the NMM GUI again manually. To do so, just click your Mod tab, then "Add Mod by File".
