My Character Doesn't Want to Animate

After accidentally winding up uninstalling all my games including Skyrim and all the mods, I decided I would reinstall and start fresh. This time I decided to try out a custom race rather than a vanilla race and this time, things aren't going very smooth.

Certain actions wind up in weird effects. When changing spells, sometimes my character decides to forget how to combat. I can push the left and right trigger all I want, I'm not swinging or casting magic. I can try withdrawing my weapon, but that doesn't work either. The only way I have found to fix this is to reload the game.

Also my sword, where when I am moving and swinging it acts like I swung the sword rapidly 3 or 4 times in succession when I only animate a single swing.

Among other smaller miscellaneous quirks when it comes to my character animating, the other particularly game breaking one is when I sheath my weapon, my character may animate the proper idle animation of being unarmed, but clearly is still holding the weapon, and usually I have to mash the draw/withdraw button before it will be sheathed right.

Some of the other animation quirks are the kill cams - though since I downloaded a kill cam mod it seems to have fixed it 90% of the time.

Sometimes my character will revert to a T-stance and not animate at all, though after mashing the jump button or mash the sprint button will usually get the character to start animating again.

I've attached my LO in case it's needed. I've tried doing some trouble shooting but the only solution I have is more of a bandage than an actually solution and that is to download an animation replacer to patch whatever animation is bugging out.

Also, I don't think this helps, but what I thought was weird, before I uninstalled my games and deleted all my mods, my previous play though was a lot smoother (that's not to say it didn't have it's own minor quirks, but none as bad as this - none of them were game breaking)

You may want to try this: Fores New Idles in Skyrim Run the FNIS for Users tool. It's simply a handy utility that can help get your animations back in working order.

Yeah I have it, as it is a requirement to run PCex Animation Path.

I have ran the tool a several times in hopes it may fix the problem.
