Did 1.1 patch change npc handling?

Little bit ago I saw a thread about giving custom hair to nps's so I decided to make a quickie test mod to refresh my memory On the ways to do it.

 

I made a new formid from an existing char in GECK, loaded it in Fo3edit and the "View" tab is blank when I select the char's entry

 

Or did I forget a step somewhere

problem solved: "Hide no conflict" was checkmarked
