Daemon6 Posted May 3, 2013 Share Posted May 3, 2013 (edited) Hello all,I've been having a non-critical issue where lines appear in flashes made by weapons or explosions, grass, and, in some cases, smoke.(I tried getting a screen of the grass, but it was too large, and it's only really visible during movement.)It's not a serious issue, but it is an issue which I'd like to be able to resolve.I've tried a number of different methods (including running it bare-bones, cycling through my mods to find which one may be causing it, adjusting graphics settings, modifying pertinent* values in the .INI's), in an attempt to fix it (keeping in mind that I do want to maintain quality of both gameplay and graphics), with all but one doing nothing to fix the problem. The only "fix" that worked was disabling vsync via the fallout.ini, but that had the troubling side effect of speeding up the game to match my fps (which is way, way, way above vsync's cap [even with all settings maxed]), which made the game effectively unplayable. This was an intentional change made in an attempt to fix a troubling issue of a crash that occurs right after the final cutscenes as Broken Steel is suppose to load. It is unrelated to the issue at hand, as said issue was present before the change, and was not resolved by restoring the "correct" load order. M48A5 Posted May 3, 2013 Share Posted May 3, 2013 If you have the newest Streetlights.esm you should disable and uninstall Streetlights - Wasteland, it is encluded in Streetlights. Disable and uninstall one of the Restore Tracers, you don't need both of them. Move Streetlights.esm to load before Broken Steel. What graphics enhancer are you using?
