LE Hardcore 'Clean Slate' Start

I'd like to see a mod that removes all racial powers and passives from all races as well as the starting spells.

 

I have found mods that either remove racials OR starting spells, but not both. And they are incompatible with each other since they both edit the player character.

 

Could anyone kindly make a merging of these mods?

just look up the formid's for the spells and racial bonuses and use the

 

player.removespell console command on them

(yes they work on racial bonuses)

 

its probably better than spending RAM and a mod slot for a mod, however small that RAM consumption may be.
