Are you on a PC? You have to be logged into Games for Windows Live for the DLC to appear and then it takes a few minutes for the quest to appear.

Over on the Bethesda forum Sarivok posted instructions on how to get it to work without GFWL. http://www.bethsoft.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=947696

Basically you go to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Xlive\DLC (hidden files so have them viewable). There will be 3 files in there. Just copy em over to your Data directory like any other mod and make sure to activate Anchorage.esm under the mod management screen.

That way you can play without having to log in to GFWL.

I have the content and I got the message but there is nothing to do, the content access is impossible to locate, I just spent about 2 and a half hours wandering around trying to get the quest to trigger the end but because it's never clarified what the exactly the term INVESTIGATE actually means and what exactly they are telling you to go do.

Sorry but it shouldn't be taking me over 2 and a half hours to INVESTIGATE something due not being explained what exactly the hell INVESTIGATE MEANS. Whatever you are supposed to be doing is very far from obvious and certainly sure as hell not common sense.

This content sucks that's all there is to it.

Stop dragging every thread on the subject of OA into your little rant, I've already responded to your "OA review thread" on this issue!

HELLO. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS YOU. APPARENTLY THERE IS A BUG WHERE YOU CAN ONLY GET THE RADIO STATION BY ENTERING/EXITING VAULT 101. I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT SO I TOOK AN ALTERNATE PATH FIGURING THE EVENT WILL TRIGGER ONCE I ARRIVE ON SCENE, WHICH IT DID. SIMPLY GO TO THE FOLLOWING LOCATION AND THEN FOLLOW THE NICE FOLKS IN THE POWER ARMOR. BE PREPARED TO FIGHT

AS I AM HOPING YOU HAVE SEEN CAPS LOCK CAN BE QUITE ANNOYING SO PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING IT IN THE FUTURE. CREDITS TO PORTER21 FROM FALLOUT WIKI FOR THE IMAGE.

I think "investigate" means that you have to follow the quest arrow or look at the map. Isn't that standard procedure for following quests?
