If nobody is unable to make an overhaul, then at least make a few dragon slayer spells and magic please? I always wanted Fairy Tail mods in Skyrim, ever since I saw the first episode. I really hope that at least somebody could make a mod that allows you to go into dragon force, or have Ice molding magic, and would it be cool if you could be Natsu and be healed by flames and increase your Magic? Making dragon re textures and having many guilds both light and dark along with the main characters. I'm going to have quests and new spells and custom armors etc. Still in the works tho.
