Converting preset UNP body to CBBE

Technically, you should be able to use it with CBBE and a CBBE friendly head mesh. The preset merely looks for specific plugin records (hair, eyes, overlays, war paints, etc...) and applies them along with the stored colors to the existing body and head meshes. Aside from the body mod listed in the preset's "requirements", everything else is either body neutral or has CBBE variants available.

That said, if you want the full appearance (including body), I believe you can use BodySlide to adjust CBBE to the UNP dimensions. But how to do that, I do not know.

There are subtle differences between the UNP and CBBE family bodies, that in my opinion (or perhaps its just my lack of literal "pro-level graphic arts skills") preclude directly converting a UNP into a CBBE character and faithfully reproduce the same body geometry.

However, as Ishara said, you can use simulated-UNP, CBBE presets (there's a mod that provides a bunch of UNP variant simulations for use with the CBBE body type, or it might come with CBBE now, can't recall) suitable for use with a CBBE body, that get close-ish to what UNP produces, at least in some cases. In terms oif what I mean about subtle differences, and where I see the biggest differences, are how breast shape and attachment is handled, and how the mid section (hips, "tummy", groin, and butt) is treated between the two different body families.

If you're creating your player, you might consider chosing BHUNP as a foundation instead of CBBE. That would make the conversion much easier, since BHUNP is an advanced version of UNP and uses many of the same slider controls. Of course, you're limited to BHUNP armor/clothing, and you'll want to use UNP textures instead of CBBE, but it's an idea.
