thanatos92 Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 This solution only for window 8 users.If your Skyrim keep getting random freeze/hang, open your Task manager right away, you gonna see disk usage about 90%-100%. Superfetch causes this problem, im sure 100%.This what you need to do: 1/ Open Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services. 2/ Look for Superfetch service. 3/ Disable starup, stop it. 4/ Restart. 5/ Enjoy your game with no suddenly freeze or hang up. Note: This solution only work if your game gets hang/freeze causing by Superfetch. If your game get hang/freeze because of heavy mods, bad tweaks, don't blame me why this solution not work for you. I just disabled Superfetch few days ago. Random hang/freeze gone. Im not a Superfetch hater, i like it because it make my Chrome start in 2s. Now my Chrome start in 6s but ya know, wait few more second won't shorten your lifetime.My spec:Cpu I5 2.5GHzGPU AMD HD 7670m4GB RAMRunning Skyrim with more than 200 mods Sorry if my bad english annouy you.
