M48A5 Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 This is not my idea, I saw this discussed on another forum. A small side quest where you would help those random encounter ghouls get to Underworld. The ones you meet in the Wasteland that tried to get to Underworld but turned back because of the Super Mutants. You would get a small reward and maybe an increase in karma.
