Low download speed.

Its stuck at 46kbs when I should be getting 2MB.

Having very slow DL speed too.

In the help file it's said that "smaller downloads" are managed via cloudFlare where you can't offer support and that "small" for premium member means 500MB!
So, I just renewed my premium membership and my "advantage" is that I can now re-download the majority of the mods that I need with 100Kb/sec because they are smaller than 500MB?

Not happy, if that's how it is.

Right now my DL-speed is 0KB/sec....

 

2nd Edit:
After restarting Vortex and resuming DL speed went up to 3MB/sec....

Issue might be solved for me.

I'll have a look at it again, once I have some spare time.

Even though it states

"Note: Smaller files are served using the CloudFlare CDN which we do not have the ability to offer a test for. This includes files under 20MB for regular users and under 500MB for Premium users."

on the help page and the majority of the files I want to download are small (even under 20MB)

 

(at the moment the DL speed is varying from "normal" (up to 6MB, which is cool) to very slow again)

It's possible that your connection to your local CloudFlare server is a bit rough. Have you got a VPN you can try to see if that helps?

 

The tests would still be useful in identifying any potential routing problems.
