[REQ] Power/Skill Mod

I recently watched the TES Online gameplay video by IGN and I saw this power/skill that shoots/flings a chain projectile from the players hand (specifically the off-hand/left hand) to the enemy/npc and when the end of the chain hits the target, the player pulls in the chain thus putting the enemy in melee range.

Here are the clips of the power/skill from the video

If someone could mod this, this skill would be awesome for melee types especially for enemies fleeing the battle and it's a bother to switch into range weapon or you don't have perks for shooting bows. It can also be used to snatching enemies from a distance or snatching FLYING DRAGONS!!!... FROM THE SKY!!.. how bout that? hehe And if your a tank type build, you can make the enemy focus on you and let your mage/archer companion do it's thing..

Well that's it!

Hope someone will pick this up, cheers everyone!

here are the two scripts you might be interested in, the rest is learning scripting and finding an equation for the impulse amount so that the enemy isn't dragged too closely to you or overshoots you.

alternatively you can apply impulses continuously in katamari fashion:

but only make it affect 1 enemy.

Perhaps if you use the spell effect from the Pull spell from Skyre and turning it into a power?

Then you could perhaps make a new spelleffect with a chain?

there's not really a good way to just "make a chain" in the creation kit.

Anyways, SkyRe probably just uses havok impulses and the scripts I mentioned above.

There really aren't that many scripts that can perform a pull anyways.
