A Serious Problem

I have a very serious problem here. I just finished another contract for the brotherhood and I went to my Cheydinhal house to rest and level up, then I saved and went outside and... and... nothing! Absolutely nothing at all. I can see the text for my iron gate, if I turn around I see "Door to My Cheydinhal House" and I can go through it into more nothingness. If I reload its nothingness if I load another character its nothingness. I have to quit to the desktop and go back in, but the same thing happens. If I start with a different character its all good I can go outside load any cell (well I didn't test them all but...) and nothing bad happens.

 

Please if anyone cam help I would be very grateful.

That sounds like the nvidia black screen bug, but that is supposed to happen inside and not outside. If you have an Nvidia board Try the fix and see if that helps. This bug has been around for a while with Nvidia, through several series of boards and quite a few software versions and they still can't fix it. My next video board will not be Nvidia.

Another trick is to turn off HDR. after you are beyond that pare of the game you can turn it back on again. Sometimes that works.

I don't know if I have Nvidia card or not BUT I did just turn on HDR recently that may be the problem I'll turn it off and see, if not I'll check what video card I have and if I have an Nvidia card I will try the fix. Also what is the difference between Bloom and HDR Lighting? Thanks for the help.
