I only found one thread back from 2011 with an actual photo that shows what i am seeing.http://img847.imageshack.us/img847/1161/2011111100025.jpg Has this been ever fixed? what the thread I found said that it was something with the game engine and i don't remember seeing it in the past but its been a while since i played skyrim last.
