Skyrim crash

I'm having issue of skyrim crashing when going close to some random places, like the serpent standing stone near whiterun.

Can you replace that with your BOSS log text file (including messages), and enclose in spoiler tags?

Realistic lighting overhaul might be conflicting with Climate of tamriel. Happened to me before and i had to turn off CoT.
