Chaky2
(haven't tried the new version yet) There is a minor slip-up in the packing:1_-_Better_Cities_4-0-0-16513ExtraPatchUnique LandscapesReadme.rtf is outdated. It refers to the BCChorrol-ChorrolHinterland fix.esp v1.4 patch, and included file is v1.5.. (nag-nag) Not that it matters, but anyway.. and now to see what you ppl have been up to.. I just quoted one of my posts as an example... the original says: "(haven't tried the new version yet) There is a minor slip-up in the packing: 1_-_Better_Cities_4-0-0-16513\Extra\Patch\Unique Landscapes\Readme.rtf is outdated. It refers to the BCChorrol-ChorrolHinterland fix.esp v1.4 patch, and included file is v1.5.. (nag-nag) Not that it matters, but anyway.. and now to see what you ppl have been up to.." Notice the backslashes.. Note: this is via forum "quote" button, not via comment section. The same thing happens there when I open my post for editing, while in forums the editing works without the loss.
buddah
I just tried it and it is as you indicate......that is most likely a coding issue, but this is the first complaint I have seen about it. They do indeed disappear if you edit an existing comment from the main site, but not if you edit on the forums. Dark0ne does all the coding for the site. I am sure he will be reading this and making a determination on what is to be done. Buddah
Chaky2
The problem is still there. :wallbash: (Just posting to keep the thread alive)
LHammonds
The stripped backslash issue has been there since the beginning of the Nexus sites. Going to the forum to quote or edit text with backslashes is the only work-around at the moment. Not sure where this rates on Dark0ne's list of priorities. Things that have work-around typically get put to the backburner in favor of items that add new functionality or have high demand.
