YouDoNotKnowMyName
Good evening everybody! So, just a quick question, to see if I understood this correctly: A quest alias is basically just a variable of the type "actor" or "item" or "location" or "whatever", right? SKKmods
Totally Nope. A quest alias can be used to (for example, but totally not limited to); Hold Objects Persistent. Dynamically find persistent objects in the world like "Random Encounetr Triggers" or locations that match a criteria like or "Uncleared Location with Boss Container". Attach AI packages (its the only way apart from sticking packages on base actor forms), spells, keywords, factions, inventory items to actors. Attach new scripts to actors and objects Dynamically change objects in game names and display names in books, messages, holotapes. And much much more. When you look at a quest alias form ... what do you see ?
