Ultimate Combat Mod Idea

I have no coding experience and thus; cannot mod, but with my limited IT knowledge and networking degree; I have thought-of the perfect setting for a balanced, realistic and fun combat experience with elements similar to FONV:

---Gameplay Elements---

-Having weapon drawn makes you considerably slower, a sprint functuion that uses fatigue may be a requirement.

-Brief stagger and full (vanilla) stagger.

-Cannot drink potions while weapon is drawn

----Armour----

Programmed in a way that functions like Damage Threshold, armour condition deteriorates far more quickly.

None:

fastest movement but can lead to almost one hit kills

Light:

cumbersome but is a minimum for combat if you want to survive, protection varies depending on type, offers basically no protection against maces/warhammers

Heavy:

-cannot equip chest or legs when enemies are nearby (gauntlets and boots are fine), realistic as heavy armour isn't easy to put on without help

offers complete protection against some slashing attacks.

---Weapons---

H2H vs:

No armour - high stamina damage, normal health damage, heavy attacks always stagger (literally every time).

Light armour - Slightly less stam and health damage, brief stagger with heavy attack

Heavy armour - High damage is reflected on attacker when punching, heavy attacks brief stagger

Daggers & shortswords vs:

None - quick and easy kills on unarmoured, never stagger

Light - more damage, never stagger

Heavy - In reality you'd have to grapple with dagger, so idk with this one. Shortswords do no damage, never stagger

*daggers offer no blocking defence

Longsword vs:

None - Quick and easy kills, good defense against blades, more damage

Light - High light attack damage, heavy attacks brief stagger

Heavy - No damage, no stagger

Greatsword vs:

None - Slower but most slashing damage, good defense against blades, heavies brief stagger

Light - High light damage, heavies brief stagger

Heavy - no light damage, heavies do some damage

War Axe vs:

None - Slower than GSword, medium defense, Shortsword range, light attacks give brief stagger, Heavies basically kill instantly and full stagger

Light - hefty damage, lights give brief stagger, heavy attacks give full stagger

Heavy - normal damage, heavy attacks give brief stagger

Battle Axe vs:

None - Slower than War Axe, medium defense, higher damage, lights and heavies basically kill instantly & full stagger

Light - Hefty damage, lights give brief stagger, Heavies basically kill instantly & full stagger

Heavy - normal damage, Heavy attacks give full stagger

Mace vs:

None - Slow AF all attacks basically kill instantly, high defense, lights deal full stagger, heavies deal high stam damage & stagger

Light - hefty damage, light attack deals full stagger, heavies deal high stam damage & full stagger

Heavy - normal damage, light deal brief stagger, heavies deal full stagger

Warhammer vs:

None - Slowest weapon, high defense, all strikes deal full stagger and are deadly.

Light - basically 1 hit kill, light attacks full stagger and heavies knockdown if not already dead.

Heavy - High damage, light attacks deal full stagger, heavy attacks knockdown.

shields are important and are essential to fight people with blunt weapons, blocking with shield protects against all slashing damage but not staggers, still take damage when blocking blunt weapons and are damaged heavily by them.

If I could mod; I'd get started immediately, but sadly I can't, please make this, I don't even want credit.

You can always learn to mod really as we all had to learn it and it is easiest to start at CS Wiki and do the tutorials there and you will learn, bit by bit or rather step by step.
