SrDKz
Can someone help me? I'm doing my navmesh but when I try to move the navmesh forward, the navmesh is still, I will record a video for you to see
Pixelhate
You're navmeshing an exterior cell. You cannot navmesh outside of the cell you are working in. Navmesh verts will try to stay within the current cell. Turn on cell borders by pressing the "B" key. The borders will be represented by dashed yellow and black lines on the terrain. https://geckwiki.com/index.php/Navmesh_Creation_Workflow
madmongo
Yep, what ExhalePit said. External navmeshes can't cross cell boundaries. When you finalize the navmesh, it will try to link up with the navmeshes from neighboring cells. The border will turn green where the navmeshes link together. The GECK will split navmesh triangles so that it can get the vertices to line up on either side of the cell boundary. You don't need to match the navmeshes exactly, but if the vertices are too far apart then the GECK won't be able to link the two cells together. If the cell boundary doesn't turn green where you think it should, fix the navmeshes on either side so that the vertices are closer together and try again. If you adjust the vertices in both cells, make sure you finalize both cells afterwards.
