.nifs will not open PLZ HELP

I just extracted some meshes and I wanted to open them in nifskope. But no matter which one I open it gives me this error

 

"this is not a NIF"

"failed to load file header (version 14020007, 20.2.0.7)"

"failed to load nif from C:/Games/Steam....."

 

I tried changing the version in the render settings but that didn't seem to work. I am using version 1.13 of nifskope and I tried re-installing it and installing a different version but neither of those worked either. If anyone knows whats going on here, please help.

Could be the program you used to extract the NIF from the BSA. File might have gotten corrupted. Try extracting again. If that fails, try using a different program to extract the meshes from the BSA file.
