pepperman35
I have a static collection that consists of building wall, pipes, elbows and the like. Many of the pipes and elbows have angular rotations in 2 or more planes. No problems making the static collection; however, when I move it into place, including some rotation of the static collection itself all is fine...it looks great. However, when I fragment the collection the pipes and elbows (i.e., anything that has more than one angular rotation) get placed in weird angles. My question: Is there a way to fragment the collection without losing the desired angles. Edited May 9, 2021 by pepperman35
AnOutdatedMind
Does it happen always or just sometimes? For me it happens only for a minority of the time.
SKKmods
If you look at the static collection in NIFSckope you may see that the positon offsets and angles are all slightly changed. I made some statics with all positions and angles set to decimal zero for neatness (I'm trying to understand the OCD scrapping mentality), yet opening in Nifskope many have been nudged to long number decimals. That may be a cause or symptom.
