NAZI Germany Faction and Uniforms

Hi,this is TheBestShogun12 aka Rizky

From 2011, I'm trying to make mod for Oblivion and Skyrim.

I've been search everywhere for software to do this and fortunately I find Blender and nifskope but the sad news is I CANT USE THIS

I have seen every tutorial but i still cant do this.

And i've been imagine to have the NAZI faction and the NAZI uniform in oblivion and skyrim, and of course the title of Fuhrer.

Can somebody make this true?Can somebody do this?Of course someone should do this.

So, in the name of GOD and people of the earth that play Oblivion and Skyrim,

I want someone to make this.

 

Here's some To Do list :

The Faction

Titles (low-high) : SS-Schütze,SS-Untersturmführer,SS-Obersturmführer,SS-Sturmbannführer,SS-Standartenführer,SS-Oberstgruppenführer,Der oberste Führer der Schutzstaffel..

Npc's :

Paul von Hindenburg (die when player become Führer ,TitleDer oberste Führer der Schutzstaffel)

Heinrich Himmler(SS-Standartenführer)

Ernst Röhm(Generaloberst)

Hermann Göring (SS-Oberstgruppenführer)

Joseph Goebbles(SS-Oberstgruppenführer)

2 personal guards(male ,Title SS-Sturmbannführer,name Hans and Marseille)

Some soldiers (SS-Schütze)

The necroses are bad as they are. I do like the form of that famous dagger, but that is it really. German designers put a lot of work in to the uniforms to look fancy, which was an important part of their propaganda. There is no room for such stuff in a TES game.
