I cannot move. Neither my character, nor the camara

I am running Skyrim with SKSE.

I created a new character (currently no other save games) and was just at the point where Alduin appears and you, hands still bound, have to run away into the keep. My character is running (at least the camara movement suggests that) but is NOT moving. I cannot enter menus, zoom out of first person mode or look somewhere else. Nothing.

The animation of Alduin's fireballs and the debris is still there, though, as is the music. But I don't seem to get hurt when hit by fireballs or debris.

EDIT: tried tfc via console. Could move and look up and to the side, but I was stuck at the same spot once I deactivated it again.

All I can do is use ESC and quit the game. Same with all other saves (autosaves). I did NOT save the game after noticing this problem.

Since I just reinstalled the game including a few mods (list follows) it's highly frustrating. So what do I do now?

These are the mods I have installed in the exact order I installed them:

A quality world Map- with Roads [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4929/?] -> settings set to: HiRes: all roads and clear all clouds
Unofficial Skyrim Patch [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19/?]
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23491/?]
Unofficial Hearthfire Patch [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25127/?]
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31083/?]
SSKE [http://skse.silverlock.org]

The game worked with these mods, I noticed the problem after installing the following, although disabling them has not stopped the problem, so I'm unsure whether those are truly the reason. AND now, after deactivating all mods and then reactivating them one by one only SKSE and A quality world map work, all other Mods immediately result in the described problem.

SkyUI [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863/?]
ImmersiveHud-iHUD [http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3222/?] -> changed a few transparency settings

Load order:

Skyrim.esm=1
Update.esm=1
Dawnguard.esm=1
HearthFires.esm=1
Dragonborn.esm=1
Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp=1
Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp=1
Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp=1
Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp=1
SkyUI.esp=1
iHUD.esp=1

This is my system:

OS: Windows 8.1, type: 64bit, x64bit- based processor
Processor: Intel ®, Premium ® CPU G3240 @ 3.10GHz  3.10GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB

First i would try chainging your load order. Having it like that will most certainly cause problems. You want it to look like this:

Skyrim.esp

Update.esp

Unofficial skyrim.esp

Hearthfire.esp

Unofficial Hearthfire.esp

Dawnguard.esp

Unofficial Dawnguard.esp

Dragonborn.esp

Unofficial Dragonborn.esp

Then the rest, starting with SkyUI

Anything other then that and your unofficials will wreak havok with your skyrim. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but as you currently have it and your sparse number of mods leads me to believe that you are new to modding? If i were you I would download LOOT. Either go to loot.github.io or google skyrim loot and it should be the top result. It will organize your load order for you and point out any errors it is capable of detecting. You will probably have heard of Boss and if you haven't, you will soon. Loot is the successor to boss.

A fireball probably caused debris at exactilly where your character was causing movement errors, happened to me once. Not being able to switch views at this time is normal as you are forced into first person mode while your hands are bound. Also durring that time all menus other than the esc menu are also disabled. Reload and try again and hope the fireballs have less rocks flying at you.

I think Nazgren may be right on that. I re-read the unnoficial patch pages, the DLC patches require the unnoficial skyrim patch and loading them first will apparently cause some major issues. Just change your load order so the load order matches what Nazgren says and see what happens. If it is still bugged try the mod Alternate Start- Live Another Life to see if you can act outside of the scripted scenario.

IIRC I had this issue once too which is why I knew what the problem is straight away and it turned out to be boss not actually sorting my load order, which is why I now always double check and reorder by hand after running boss, loot, etc

If it doesn't work then do what zzz02 suggested and install alternate start.

Thank you all for your answers. I can now play again.

Thank you!.... Okay, that was easy. Yes, I'm new to modding. I've got LOOT installed...just thought I'd need to use it when I have more than about 10 mods.

Everything is working again. Though I waited with reactivating the patches and IHud / skyUI until I was inside the keep... But now I'm going to change the load order too.

Cool, glad it's fixed, don't be afraid to expand your mod repertoire a bit, as it is, skyrim is good, but modding makes it great, much like GTA. You should go have a look at the top files list and see what you like. If you get lost or break anything then we are only a forum post away :)

@Nazgren: oh, definitely. I've already expanded it quite a bit. Actually got a new question:

Of course I've installed SKSE (followed Gophers nice advice to do it) and am starting Skyrim with the SKSE-launcher, but since a few days, I've run into the problem that SKSE is not running, which of course in turn influences the mods I have installed. De- and reactivating the SKSE file via NMM works, but it's getting quite bothersome.

Anyone have any idea what I could do?

An unrelated question to finish...how do I create spoilers? Because I've, as I said, since installed a few more mods and would like the possibility to hide the list so that the post doesn't end up too long. (I will add my mod/and plugin list afterwards)

EDIT: I don't remember what I did (too long ago), but it's solved. Been solved for a while, actually. SKSE works. :)
