SKSE Opens Command Prompt Then Closes Instantly

Hey guys, this is my first post so I don't know if this is the right place, sorry about that.

I have an issue where my SKSE loader.exe does not open skyrim, all it does is open a command prompt then it closes and that's that. I've looked all over these forums, steam forums and various other forums and none of the posts help.

Here is what I have tried doing :

-Running as admin

- Manual install of SKSE

-Installer for SKSE

-Compatability Troubleshooting

Any help would be much appreciated

This can be caused by multiple things, so we will need details before we can help you properly. Some of the things that can cause this:

-load order problems, which can usually be fixed by running LOOT or BOSS

-missing master files, which can be found by looking at each mod's required ESMs

-incompatibilities, which people on the forum can help you with if you post your load order

-corrupt/deleted vanilla skyrim assets, which can be fixed by verifying game files with Steam

Okay, I downloaded LOOT, but don't know what to do from there. I pressed 'test' and it said there were no problems.

I checked the mods, but when I ran the game using skse originally, none of the mods were even activated. Yet it would still only open for a second and then close. I activated all mods, and it does the same thing. So, I don't think the mods are the problem, unfortunately.

How do I post the load order?

I verified the Skyrim file with Steam, and it says '1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired.'

You can change the load order from the NMM (plugins tab) or launche Skyrimlauncher.exe and goto your data file and from there use the up and down arrows to sort the load order for your mods. And the help you any further i need more info. Did you had this problem before or did it happen after you installed a new mod? Which new mod did you install?

I had this problem with skse before activating any mods. So, mods were on my computer, but not activated for the game yet. I activated all of them to see if maybe something different would happen. Nothing different.

I have Skyrim (SKSE) set to run as admin. I click on it and it'll ask if I'm sure I wanna let it make changes to my computer. I click accept and it opens up a new window. This window is completely black except for a small white underline that blinks a few times. Then, it just closes and that's it. Nothing else comes up. I've also tried running it as admin, even though it's already set to run as admin.

Going to install BOSS and see what it says.
