i didn't play skyrim long time, 4 days ago i installed the game, ran it for the "first" time as NMM ask you to do, i installed lot of graphics mods, got into the game, and i saw most of the mods are not working, i understood (from the internet) it was something with .esp/.esm at the plugins sector or something like that, i have a question.

first of all, this how my NMM looks like,

Not to sound mean but most mods are pretty simple to install. Download mod manager, make sure its set for skyrim, clock NMM download, activate and thats it your done.

Hard part is load order, compatibility, patches, etc etc.

Make sure you read descriptions and follow mod authors instructions and you typically cant go wrong. people who dont read and do their research are usually the ones who have problems.

What mod specifically isnt working? Why isnt your real vision installed? Did you read descriptions and follow the directions step by step?

Also, most texture mods don't appear in your load order as they just overwrite the vanilla files.

ok, i got one more question, how i can know if the mod is working when the mod doesn't appear in the plugin

If the mod doesn't have a plugin, chances are it's an ENB or a retex. If it's an ENB, you'll know right away whether or not it's working. For retexture mods, the easiest way is just to find the object that is supposed to be retextured in your game and see if the appearance is correct.

If it's not working you haven't set the install directory correctly in NMM. But I doubt that is the case if other mods are working. Show me a screenshot of some aspen trees (near riften) and I'll tell you if your mods are working.
