Thats not to bad there but i just did a coc riverwood to get to water fast its much worse in some areas and i could never get it to go away till i added that to my ini.

The problem i had that this fixed wasnt a magic effect it happens on every character. These huge blue reflections around my hands and weapons while looking at water.

I really hate to necro a old thread but this is the only thing i found on this after hours of looking around that gave a solid answer. That fix works but it messes with ENB ssao were your hands are always see thru not just when there close to something but its a fair trade off imo.

In response to post #8001674. #8004969 is also a reply to the same post. Its easy enough to toss them a few $'s, in a blog dark posted a while back he basically said if everyone who used the site gave just a dollar they would be set for cash for a very long time.
