Great article on a great modder. Looking forward to more of these :) I'm currently holding out on his mods til the full featured versions come along, and it's killing me. I see a heat source, and I'm like, Yay! I can get war... aawww *sigh :( LOL

well... that's why it's not an official version yet, all ya can do is run loot every time you run NMM I guess, and just use the steam shortcut when you wanna play? I understand that. My load order is pretty short ATM. So it's no real biggie, and that's what I've been doing. The issue seems to be with Hearthfires.esm only. All other plugins(I've added a few others since my OP) order properly. I've also been talking with wrinklyninja over on Bethsoft forums as well, we're trying to iron this out, and getting nowhere fast. I'm not showing anything in my plugin.txt file, and that shouldn't be. I'm hoping the info I'm giving him will get an official version out sooner than later :smile:

Hmmm The 0.9.2-142-gc83913a version doesn't seem to be updating NMM. LOOT sees Skyrim SE, and properly sorts my plugins, but doesn't update NMM's plugin list to match LOOT's. This is what I get from NMM after LOOT sorts my load order: GameMode=SkyrimSE Skyrim.esm=1 Update.esm=1 Dawnguard.esm=1 Dragonborn.esm=1 HearthFires.esm=1 SMIM-Merged-All.esp=1 Loot has them listed as: Skyrim.esm Update.esm Dawnguard.esm HearthFires.esm Dragonborn.esm SMIM-Merged-All.esp Any idea how to fix this? I can't get HearthFires to stay in between Dawnguard and Drangonborn. Every time I reopen NMM, my order is dorked out. SUPER Thanks for posting your fix. This has been bugging me something awful for over a week, and the only fix i could find was turning off the music. All I did was uninstall DivX, and I'm happy :D

I had tried entering the bShowTutorials=0 line I'd seen in other threads to stop unwanted messages, but only when adding bShowHUDMessages=0 did I get the result I was looking for. Thanks for this :)

When I click on nexus mod links lately, I get redirected to the main nexus homepage. It says I'm not logged in, and won't let me log in, even though I'm already lopgged in. It's just this redirect page that glitches the login. If I open a bookmarked mod page, it opens with me logged. BTW, I don't mean DL links either, they work fine... Once I find the page. I mean ANY nexus related mod page link. This includes links to required mods on the mod pages itself, mod links from NEXUS forum posts, youtube mod channels, as well as the rest of the internet. I've re-installed FF, and deleted my browser profile to make sure it wasn't a jacked up FF setting. What's up???? :sad: EDIT: when nexus urls are clicked, the /game name and the /? after the mod number are deleted from the url, and I'm sent to the page mentioned above. if I substitute the missing address parts, I still can't DL mods cause my login isn't recognized even though I'm logged in on another tab. I have to google mod names to access the site with a valid login. NOT cool :/

I'm on a VERY tight budget, but I plan to purchase a lifetime membership either later this month or next to show my appreciation of the Nexus sites and the community. Y'all have been good to me in the year or so I've been a member. and I want to help the best I can.

I never actually found out what was going on, but after uninstalling all my mods the cell of water went away. I never found out which mod it was causing my issue. It persisted right up to the last mod uninstall which was a Drauger retexure. What this could have to do with a cell of water smack in the middle of dragon bridge is beyond me. I reinstalled all mods one by one starting with the Drauger retex, and with all mods now reinstalled the water is still gone. So I have no answer as to what happened to begin with, but it has been fixed. If anyone has had this happen and can add more, please do as this is really buggin me LOL

I have a cell of water smack in the middle of dragon bridge. I've reinstalled skyrim and even started a new game and it's still there. Anyone else experiencing water where it shouldn't be??? If so, do you know what caused it, and have a fix??? Oh yeah and it's not like a lake in the middle of town. It's a standing square of vertical water. Tall as a mountain. If I cross the bridge into town, I'm swimming, along with everyone in town... til they fall to their doom.

UPDATE: Well the upgraded CPU didn't seem to help with monster wars. However I was able to reinstall skymo mod and war zones and battle with no freezes when testing near halted stream camp. I consider this a good test zone cause both skymo mod and warzones have spawning points there, and there's plenty of NPC's for a stress test. So I can only conclude that some kind of scripting error with monster wars is the culprit of my freezes. Even with no other mods installed I get repeatable freezes and crashes with monster wars installed. What a shame, I really liked that mod and wanted to be able to play it, but it just makes my game too unstable :(

Thanks spinfx and Steve :) As it is right now all sounds in my game are vanilla .wav files except the fus ro yeah mod, but this was happening before installing that mod and deactivating it didn't help. My playback devices are set to 16 bit 44.1 Hz. I've deactivated monster mod and monster wars as well as war zones since my original post and I haven't had any freezes are or CTD's yet. The only thing is I REALLY love those two mods. After reading up on MGE's posts on war zones, I've come to the conclusion that my CPU (I3 540) just isn't up to par, and bottle necking and causing the freezes. Hopefully upgrading to an I7 870 quad core will fix this. I'll be upgrading Monday when my CPU arrives, and post back here if things are better after upgrading. Wish me luck, thanks again y'all :)
