What is the best settings for the best possible performance using FPS Optimizer? My Morrowind runs pretty well in Wilderness areas, but there's still a little bit of slowdown in populated areas like Seyda Neen, Balmora and Sadrith Mora. Here's my computer specs:

 

Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 620 Processor 2.60 GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 6.00 GB (5.75 Usable)

System Type: 64-bit Operating System

 

And I'd also like to know how to turn on V-sync using MGE. I tried just forcing it through Nvidia, but it seems to slow down loading and saving. Or, will the result be the same using MGE?
