ShrooMooo
This may seem stupid, but I've done many playthroughs with both SkyRe and PerMa. The Patchers are fantastic. Now I'm doing a SPERG playthrough, but I'm going to miss having all the enchantments and spells from mods put into staves, armor, weapons, and scrolls. Just wondering if there is a way to use something like Patchus Maximus............without PerMa?
Boombro
No. Skyrproc is a java software made by mod makers to match states. The enchantments are from Wintermyst - Enchantments of Skyrim, it merged into Perma. There is also ASIS Patcher that will add spells to other npcs like bandits. ShrooMooo
I thought as much. It would be nice to make a Skyproc that works for vanilla Skyrim.
Boombro
There is no point, base game does not have anything to tweak in terms of states. A bashed patch is used to edit loot list.
