That might have been someone spotting Deacon in the same area, since one of his "disguise" outfits looks almost exactly like Sturges - only different is Deacon's still wearing his sunglasses.

or it's because he drops a synth component on death. haven't checked this myself yet, though.

 

on the topic of strong being a synth, it's depending on whether he drops the component, as this seems to be the only possible way to determine that. and, according to this, he doesn't.

i like the general idea though. like, the institute created strong to keep an eye on the mutants they've created, but he became fully self-aware (or at least mutant-level aware), heard about the "milk of human kindness", got locked up...

Yeah, Sturges, he is one, I checked in CK. Strong is not one, though.

 

And my CK is acting like a bastard atm.
