Whooshy Sound stuck to my character (recording inside)

Yes, I realise "Whooshy" isn't the best explanation, but I haven't been able to find a sound that match in the game, weirdly enough.

I uploaded a recording here. The difference in sound effects if you hear the whole 11 seconds, is when I zoom out to third person. The sound does not get lower if I zoom out further.

The character I play has only done Nuka World content (aside from running there from the vault). I've completed the whole thing and only later noticed that sound coming from my character when I put on headphones.

I've tried to replicate the sound throught workshop mode and spawning various NPC's, but I can't find whatever makes that exact sound.

I've unequipped every item in my inventory with no removal of the sound

I've renamed the "Sound" folder in Fallout 4/Data, which also does not fix it.

I've created a new character, which does NOT have that sound stuck to it.

The sound is under the "Effects" option in the audio menu. If I turn down effects, the sound is gone, along with all other sound effects.

I've also tried Googling, but couldn't find any solutions.

Have anyone else experienced this, or heard of it, and know of a fix?

Any and all ideas are welcome.

Edit: I think I identified the sound. It's when you're near a fusion generator (where you take a fusion core out of the machine). I also think I know why.

In the beginning of Nuka world I used Conquest to camp inside, near where the alien turret is. I remember being in workshop mode when I put a fusion core from a generator into my workshop (instead of picking it out manually) and it's probably looped from that point onwards, I just never noticed it much.

I hope there's a way to fix this, besides rampant use of the FKS command.

Could be, but there's no functional vertibirds in my game yet. I haven't even talked to preston before going to Nuka world, so everything beyond that DLC hasn't been active.

You've already seen a functional Vertibird on your way to Vault 111 though it's minigun wasn't firing, but I see your point. I have an occasional problem in my game where when Cait is firing her Gatling Laser the sound gets "stuck" and the only way to stop it is to exit and reload the game. FO4 is a very buggy game.

I finally figured out what it actually is. I used the TGM cheat to have a new character go through everything the other character did. It was the goddamn "spaceship" in the Hubologist questline. It's the sound it makes when it spins around, that got stuck on the character somehow. I think it's because I used freecam while in there, the sound loop somehow got attached to the camera. -_-
