1. Skyrim SE Re-Engaded ENB

2. Climates of Tamriel

3. SkyHUD

4. Skyrim Flora Overhaul

5. Skyrim 2017 Textures

6. Static Mesh Improvement Mod (SMIM)

7. Realistic Water Two

What PC do you need to run all these mods? In 1080p 60fps. Don't ask me for the budget! I don't have a budget!! The thing is I want to know what PC do you need to run all these mods! Thanks!! :)

IMO anything as fast or faster than an i5 quad core should work fine for your list. CPU speed is as or more important with Skyrim than core count, if there is no budget then definitely shoot for 4GHz and preferably faster.

I can't be as specific about video, but reviews claim a now aging and relatively cheap Nvidia 980 is more than enough horsepower for a modded SSE. The claim jives with personal experience as we run SSE (vanilla tho and rarely) and Oblivion (often and more heavily modded) at 2550x1440 on a 980 and the card doesn't even warm enough to bump the 60C fan profile. So I'm guessing even a 970 would be enough for your 1080p requirement.

Why on earth would you want to play at 1080p if budget isn't an issue?

To run lots of mods it is best to go with an i7 7700k. I use an older i7 6700k. Whether you play at 1080p or 4k you still need a processor with strong cores. SMIM & Skyrim Flora Overhaul both add meshes to the landscape. If you add lots of NPCs as well, even with a i7 7700k you will loose frames. It is a balance.

The more graphics power the better Skyrim will look. The best cards are GTX 1080 ti or Titan x pascal. I use a 1080 ti.

The game takes about twice the graphic power than the older version.

At 1080p a GTX 1070 would be minimum to do ENB that will look better than Reshade.

At 1440 a GTX 1080 is ok but you may struggle to maintain 60fps with desant ENB settings. I use one at 3440 X 1440. At that resolution it is not powerful enough for ENB.

At 4k my 1080 ti is not powerful enough for ENB. I use Reshade but the game looks better than ENB at 1440.

For the best looking Skyrim go 4k. With the right mods it is a WOW experience every time you load the game.

I agree with jones177 ... my rig is : Nvidia 1070, 16gb RAM, i7-6700, Z170 and SSD ( 1tb ) ... my game video settings are : 2560x1440, AA = off, Lens Flare = off, Godrays = off and shadows = medium .... I am using all the OP mods except for : COT and SkyHUD ... instead COT I have Vivid Weathers and my game looks awesome, beautiful and my fps are almost all the time 60 fps but sometimes it does go down to between 55-99 in some places ...

Nvidia 1080 is better than my card but I won't upgrade to it; what I probably would like to upgrade is my mobo ( Z270 ) and my processor ( i7-7700 ) but which one will have priority is the processor.

With my rig, I have not had any problem to play either Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 and I started playing in my PC one year ago so I never played these two games before in another PC so I cannot advise on any other rig that is less powerful to what I have but with my rig I can tell you that my game looks not only beautiful but runs smooth.
