Help running Fallout 4 on Lenovo laptop w/Windows 10?

So, I've gone through this whole process before, repeatedly, with Fallout 4. I have a Lenovo touchscreen laptop that uses Windows 10. I can play Fallout New Vegas (granted it still is pretty buggy and crashes a lot, even with mods that help debug it) but I cannot seem to play Fallout 4. I've used the low-graphics mods, the tiny-res-windowed mods, the mods that make it play at only a quarter of your screen size, the mods that reduce save-file data by percentages, all of the ones that I could find. The most that happened was I used to be able to get through the intro, but never was able to leave the Vault and enter the actual game. Then at some point that stopped, and it won't even run the game anymore, it just crashes when I open it. Uninstalling and reinstalling do no good, completely deleting the game files did no good, nothing did anything. People have told me that it's basically impossible at this point. My laptop just won't do it, it's something borked in the programming deep in the pc that conflicts with the game and there's no solution. I don't have much hope that this point, it's been way too long since I last tried. But, I was wondering if, by some miracle, anyone knew how to get this game working on my laptop somehow someway?
