FLICKERING POLYGONS IN CAMERA NEAR HELGEN

Please help me, I have just finished installing my new game-play with vortex mod manager, and this happens with the camera, even with the "toggle fly camera" command.

Im suspicious about helgen reborn because the problem only happens in riverwood and places near Helgen, I started the game using a save-file called "RICK" that is in the mod files of special edition (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2311).

Screenshots of the problem here:

try nif optimzing your mods mesh folder, cleaning the esp then resaving it through ck (perhaps files may not have successfully conformed to sse during the port?)

jummm im not an engineer, but I dont like to optimize something that is not required to. I have already optimized every mod I used from oldrym, and I am meticulous about it. The only landscape mod I use from oldrym is 4k parallax tree-bark (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61875) but it is not the source of the problem.

Update: helgen reborn is not the source of the problem

After many hours of this thing (modding skyrim until it crashes), I found the source of this problem and many others was using Vortex Mod Manager on its currently alpha state, but of course is my fault, it's just an alpha. On this state, you have to install your mods one by one carefully, because sometimes the mod manager doesn't overwrite nor apply correctly the changes and the mod priorities. The best practice I found currently, is letting the tool finish a task before starting another one, and installing the mods with highest priority last.

I was having crashes in combat, and it seems that Vortex was interrupting the archive updates done by the FNIS tool, it seems that is better to use FNIS, LOOT, and wrye bash with vortex closed.
