The reason I ask is that my graphics mod has stopped working. I don't see the blur of the background when focusing on one object and the graphics are same as old school.

Sounds like MGE / MGE XE and so not a mod, that's a program which intercepts Morrowind's DirectX calls and performs shenanigans on them. Check your set-up and install of that.

 

For your mod list, use mlox
