How to remove this text popping up while i play

Is there a way to remove this text, it pops up every few minutes and kills my immersion

 

Its from a mod, I guess stutter removal? I wanna keep the mod but lose the text displaying on my screen

There must be an INI file with the stutter remover, there should be an entry about DEBUG TEXT = 0 or DEBUG TEXT = 1 or something similar, you want to set it to Zero

Because right in the dialog it says "Debug Text ON"

There's a line saying "tdt", i.e. "toggle debug text", in your console history. Did you type this in yourself, e.g. to get the FPS output at the top right, without knowing it'd make all console output show during the game? Or was it a mod/.ini file doing it? Though usually, when commands come from an INI, it won't show the commands in console, just the output, so I'm wondering where this "tdt" line in your screenshot came from.
