ekothewolf414 Posted February 20, 2019 Share Posted February 20, 2019 So for 3 months i had a problem where npcs in Diamond city wont talk to me yes i did all i could to fix but nothing worked but i did go online and found a save and played it and it worked but it was 99% complete so can someone give me a save right after going into diamond city for the first time?
